WEB ChatBOT

We really like DialogFlow - Google's chatbot platform - and we've regularly used it to allow us to build engaging, entertaining chatbots for Facebook Messenger.

However, while Facebook Messenger makes chatbots look great, DialogFlow's own web interface leaves a lot to be desired ... for example it only supports plain text interactions rather than various rich interactions such as buttons, images, audio and video.

There are some options available if you want to simply capture customer leads from your website, but if you want to automate the conversation and provide actual customer service and answers to questions, the AlphaIndigo web solution is a rare find.
