We have integrated Google’s DialogFlow to the Salesforce Cases API to allow our client - an existing Salesforce user - to reply to Facebook messages from their customers via the Salesforce Cases web interface. This required custom software development to integrate Facebook Messenger’s sometimes chaotic messaging experience into the more structured customer service oriented customer case.
Many of the agents we’ve built have been deployed to Facebook Messenger. We are experts at working inside the Facebook technical ecosystem to make this happen.
We’ve built AI agents for Facebook that integrate seamlessly to Salesforce, Microsoft and Google technologies.
