Microsoft’s Copilot Studio has recently been revamped to incorporate Generative AI, leveraging Microsoft’s massive investments in OpenAI, and integrating tightly with Microsoft Azure and Power Automate to simplify integration to other systems. AlphaIndigo have been building chatbots with Google’s Dialogflow since 2017. Dialogflow has excellent Natural Language Understanding built in, and while tight integration to Google’s Cloud Platform is available, it is also flexible enough that integrating it to any other system is possible.
