Microsoft Teams has quickly become the de-facto Enterprise messaging platform. We’ve built conversation driven, custom applications for Teams which integrate Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Graph, Outlook and rich media Adaptive cards.
We use Zapier as the glue which holds things together, and the machine that pushes things around. When we need to automate actions between an AI Agent and API’s for any system, we choose Zapier. Similarly, when we need to manage the ongoing operations of your AI Agent and it’s supporting cloud services such as Google Cloud Platform, Heroku or Papertrail, we use Zapier to orchestrate operations tasks.
Voximplant bridges between the world of phone calls and chatbots. We’ve implemented chatbots using Voximplant and Dialogflow to create voice driven chatbots that can answer a phone call. Adding analytics from Chatbase rounds out a simple but effective business service.
Node.js has been AlphaIndigo’s software development language of choice since founding. Every chatbot we’ve built has been built with Node.js, which is the platform to use for multi-threaded messaging apps and has the benefit of using Javascript and the massive NPM libraries - making it accessible and an easy step-up for many front-end web developers.
AlphaIndigo have been building chatbots with Google’s Dialogflow since 2017. Dialogflow has excellent Natural Language Understanding built in, and while tight integration to Google’s Cloud Platform is available, it is also flexible enough that integrating it to any other system is possible. We have successfully built, deployed and managed integrations to Salesforce, Slack, Facebook Messenger, Google Sheets, Chatbase, Voximplant, Twilio and more.
